Kettlebell Strong
Kettlebell Strong is designed to help you move better and be stronger, for life. Every month will provide a new program designed by Trevor with three different workouts each week. Each workout will be planned around a specific strength skill and warm-ups are structured to prepare specifically . The class not only incorporates kettlebells, but also bodyweight training, TRX, medicine balls, battling ropes, and the sled. This class is designed for all ages and ability levels upon successful completion of a one hour foundational session with Trevor.
Prerequisite: All class participants are required to attend a one hour foundational evaluation with one of our coaches before attending a class.
