COACHED PROGRAMMING

This option is for those who want a trainer to write them a custom program to be used at Strength Lab or another site of your choosing. Each month you will receive a written program geared specifically toward your goals, fitness level, and skill level.  Coached Programming also comes with one 60-minute personal training session to review the plan and learn the specifics of the program and the ability to check in with your trainer throughout the month.
